For 3-4+ nights reservations we provide advanced booking system. You can book any apartment you like.
   
For 1-2 nights reservation there is no booking in advance. In this case your reservation can be completed by either:  

1. Payment for 3 nights to guarantee the reservation of certain apartment.  
2. Fitting in between other two reservations by booking an available apartment.  
3. Calling us upon your arrival (to Kiev) to be accommodated at any available apartment at that moment. Thus, apartment price and location will be determined only on your arrival date.   

Please browse our site and choose any apartment/s you would like to book. Please look on the Availability calendar first, if apartment is available on your dates, then fill in booking form,  choose your preferable Payment methods and make booking prepayment .  
Your booking will be confirmed within 12 hours from the moment of your on-line payment receipt.  

Apartment is considered booked after the deposit is received: 
 - equivalent to one night stay if your reservation term is less than 7 nights;  
 - equivalent to two nights stay if your reservation term is more then 7 nights;  
 - equivalent to three nights stay if your reservation term is more then 14 nights;  
 - 30% of total payment if your reservation term is more then 20 nights. *** 

*** For booking on big tourists season like New year or 1 May we can ask about full prepayment.  

Your deposit will be deducted from the total sum of payment upon your arrival and final calculation.   
Deposits are nonrefundable, thus, make sure that you booked your flights before making your reservation. Dates of booking are not transferred.  

CREDIT CARDS 
The following credit cards are acceptable for booking prepayment: 
VISA International, EUROCARD / MASTERCARD. 
All credit card transactions are executed through processing center of Joint-Stock Commercial Bank "Nadra" via pay gate  Portmone.com.ua  
 
MONEY DELIVERY SYSTEMS 
For making Reservation Deposit we offer the following types of payment:  

• Payment via Western Union 
• Payment by PayPal.  
• Payment by cash in Russia (Kontact, OSMP, Elexnet) 
   

FULL BALANCE PAYMENT  
Full balance invoice should be paid upon check in by cash.  
  
CASH 
Full balance rent should be paid upon check in cash. Payment is made in Hrivnas (Ukrainian currency). We will help you exchange any other currency you have to Hrivnas at the nearest currency exchange booth. You can also take cash from your credit card using any ATM downtown or airport. If you have travel cheques you will be able to cash them at any bank. 

Accommodation reservation represents mutual commitment. From our side we guarantee apartment availability for the whole period booked, and refuse other clients interested in the apartment. On the other hand, we strongly encourage you to plan your trip before booking an apartment.  

• If you decide to cancel your reservation at any time, or change your dates, your deposit will not be refunded. 
•  Also, the rent amount paid for the apartment is not refunded in case you decide to leave the apartment prior to the date agreed during booking.

Check in time - 2pm (14:00), Check out time - 12pm (12:00)    

According to our policy early check in is charged as the full daily apartment cost.  However, we will do our best to accommodate you in case of earlier availability status.  
In cases of early arrival and early check in necessity, please, consider booking for the previous to your arrival night. 
Late check out (before 6pm) is charged as half daily apartment cost, after 6pm as a full daily apartment cost. Late check out is available in cases when your apartment does not have later reservations on this day.    
Reservations for Early check in or Late check out are completed in advance only. Please state it in your apartment reservation form.   

 Transfer to the apartment by our company: 

Our driver will pick you up at the airport ailwayus station and transfer you directly to the reserved apartment in a timely and safe manner.  If you arriving before check in time you will be transferred to the our office where you will be able to put luggage or wait till check in time. When apartment will be available our managers give you apartment keys and arrange for taxi service from our office to apartment (around $5).  
Kiev Boryspil airport pick up service by standard class car - $29.
Kiev Railway pick up - $25.  
*Rates per car. These rates do not include taking your friends to the airport with our driver ( it available for extra $15).   
   
  If you do not plan on using our PICK UP/TRANSFER services:  ;  

Check in by yourself through our office we are waiting for you from 9am till 9pm at our Kiev office which located at the central street where you will be able to make full balance payment and take your keys.  
All late arrivals (after 9pm) realize by airport transfer.    

 

APARTMENT VIEW    
Our site displays full apartment database of daily accommodation options and provides their full address, map and detailed photos for your review.  Our policy does not permit to show daily rent apartments in Kiev to friends or other representatives. Mainly, daily rent accommodations stay occupied by our clients throughout the year thus we do not allow other people to view them.    
Please, choose and book apartments by looking at their detailed digital photos. If for some reason you are not satisfied with the reserved apartment upon your arrival, we will be happy to change it to any other available next day.   

CHANGE OF RESERVED APARTMENT    
We acknowledge the fact that sometimes you may not be happy with the chosen apartment upon your arrival due to inability to imagine your accommodation from its description and pictures. Therefore, if you wish to change the reserved apartment and we have other accommodation available, we would be pleased to relocate you ON THE FOLLOWING DAY.   
This service may not be available in all the cities of Ukraine exept Kiev.  
Reserved apartment is a subject to be changed if some electricity/water/heating cut off or breakdown occurs and it cannot be fixed. In this case we provide you with similar accommodation or even better apartment.    

FORCE MAJEUR    
Reserved apartment is a subject to be changed if some electricity/water/heating cut off or breakdown occurs and it cannot be fixed by your arrival date. In this case we provide you with similar accommodation or even better apartment without the prior notice.   
If the landlord puts the apartment of your choice on sale or leases it for a long term (several months, years) we guarantee to inform you and offer you another suitable variant.    

GUARANTEE    
We would like you to be aware of frequent fraud cases of several internet accomodation agencies, their false registration or absence of official certification. we would like you to feel secure and confident working with us.  
Our site guarantees that:  

• All appartments we offer are real and properly registered. 
• All photos are original. 
• We fully guarantee your reservation, ,and provide you with your lodging upon receiving your deposit.  
• We prefer to work with our constant clients and value our reputation.Thus we do not practice offering one appartment and replacing it with any other, unless there are force major situation for that.   

After receiving your booking deposit we have pay it to the apartment manager or landlord and take his signature about booking. After then we send you apartment booking confirmation with indication of your name, dates, ID number and address of apartment.  
Anyway, you can anytime refund your prepayment made by credit card through payment system Visa if you doesn`t receive paid service.  

PETS  
Residing at apartments of pets is forbidden. Prior special sanction is needed for booking apartment if you are going to live with pets. If you have not received the sanction for residing pets, your order can be cancelled. In this case, the advance payment does not refund.   

DAILY RENT INCLUDES:   
Daily rent rate does not depend on number of guests. Listed rates are given per night. Rent includes all accessories, linen, towels, utilities, telephone (inside Kiev calls) as well as weekly house keeping.  
More frequent house keeping, laundry, cooking and other services are available upon request for extra charge.  
Rent does not include long distance (international) calls and internet.   

LONG TERM RENT INCLUDES:     
Monthly rent rate does not depend on number of guests. Listed rates are given per month.   
Rent includes: accessories, water, and utilities.   
Rent does not include: electricity, telephone, internet, linen, towels, and housekeeping.   
Additional services are available upon request for extra charge.
